Act Energy Drink and Body Trim Weight Loss UPDATE
I have been learning a lot about my body and foods that work best with me. Tonight (March 9th 2009) I had 5 oz of Tilapia, 15 spears of asparagus, 1 small tomato, 1 green onion. I cooked all foods together with about 2 cups of water, Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and Braggs Aminos ( I love them), garlic, 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon and cayenne pepper. YUMMO!
In all it was about 250 calories and so very healthy! About 45 minutes before dinner I had a Body Trim. It really aides in hunger. I am very happy with my ACT and Body Trim!
I started my weight loss diary on February 3, 2009 and since that date I have lost 20 lbs! I have MANY more lbs to go. The first time in my life I feel that I can 'conquer' my fears and lose the weight!

7:30 AM starts my day and Hot Water w/Lemon
Breakfast:
1 ACT ENERGY DRINK
1 Cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal
Stevia for sweetner
1/2 Cup skim milk
Snack:
2 Stalks Celery
1 Body Trim around 10:30 AM
Lunch:
3.5 oz (about 1/2 breast) broiled skinless chicken
Spinach Salad w/ fresh lemon and garlic topping
1 orange
I drink at least 1 gallon of water or good liquids a day.
Snack:
3 Melba Toast
1 Body Trim around 1:30 pm
1 Act Energy Drink
Dinner:
About 5 oz very lean hamburger grilled
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 Cup of green beans
1 small red potato boiled
