Typical Body Trim Diet Weight Loss Managment Eating Plan


Typical Body Trim Day For Me:

Wake up around 6:30 AM

Drink Hot Lemon Water
Stretch my body

Around 7:30 AM
Act Regular or Tropical Blast in Hot water

8:00 AM

Light veggie omolete

10:30 to 11:00 AM
Body Trim
Often I like to mix it in a 32 oz bottle along with ice, lemon, and raspberry.
It is great on it's own too! :)

Noonish
Almonds
Mozzy Cheese stick
strawberries

2:30 to 3:00PM
Body Trim

4PM
some sort of nuts - protein drink

6:30PM
Chicken skinless - defatted
asparagus
tomatoe
corn muffin

This is a typical day, I do mix it up though.

It is important to balance out your starch/carb/protein

I do better eating a little more in the protein end.

I watch my glycemic index foods.
